Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are considered placed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on:

  • Order cutoff time

  • Handling time

  • Transit time

  • Business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

If a delivery period includes a public holiday, delivery estimates may be adjusted accordingly.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Handling time refers to the period between order placement (after cutoff) and when the shipment is handed off to the carrier.

Tracking Information
