30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Return instructions are provided within 24–48 business hours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are used, worn, or not in original condition

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged upon arrival


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

In these cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved

  • Bank or payment provider posting times may vary

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund if they have not entered processing or shipping.

After this period, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
