Order Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, please email bazaarwhirl@proton.me and include your order number.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • If the order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Changes to Orders

If you need to update your:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Product variant (such as color or size)

Please contact us as soon as possible at bazaarwhirl@proton.me

  • We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to assist only if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.
