BazaarWhirl offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


🔁 How to Start a Return

You can initiate a return using our self-serve return system:

  • Visit the Self-Serve Returns Portal on our website
  • Enter the email address used at checkout
  • Follow the guided steps to submit your return request

All returns must be approved before items are shipped back.
Please do not send any items without prior authorization.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and components are included (if applicable)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Items showing normal wear and tear
  • Items modified, altered, or repaired without authorization
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day return window

⚙️ Return Review & Processing

  • Return requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
  • Approved returns will receive detailed return instructions via email
  • No restocking or handling fees are charged

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item received.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. In many cases, returning the item may not be required.


🚚 Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order details.

After reviewing the shipment status, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Claims for non-received orders must be submitted within 60 days of the order date.
